Kharzi | Cheesy Rice from Arunachal Pradesh
Aruna
This is the recipe for Kharzi, a super-easy to make cheesy rice from Arunachal Pradesh. It traditionally uses a fermented cheese found in the North East, but I made it with Amul cheese.
