Nellikai Thayir Pachadi | Usirikaya Perugu Pachadi | Amla Raita

Amla or the Indian Gooseberry is a rich source of Vitamin C. Called Usirikaya in Telugu and Nellikai in Tamil, this tart fruit can be quite a challenge to eat by itself.

A great way of including Amla in one's diet is to make this Nellikai Thayir Pachadi (Usirikaya Perugu Pachadi or Amla Raita).

Believe you me, it is delicious and will help you get your more than your daily dose of Vitamin C and some Vit A and E also.
