Chukku Kaapi is a spicy black coffee made with dry ginger powder and pepper. It is used to ward off or cure cold and cough. It also helps boost metabolism and warms the body.
Palm Sugar or Palm Jaggery to Taste(Or regular jaggery)
Instructions
Bring the water to a boil.
Add all the other ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes.
Turn off the heat and let the Chukku Kaapi rest for 2-3 minutes. Except for the cardamom pods and tulsi, the rest of the ingredients will settle to the bottom.
