Ingredients

Thick Poha, Jada Poha

Moong Sprouts

Red Chilli Powder

Turmeric

Oil

Cumin
Salt to Taste
Instructions
Add the poha to a colander and wash under running water for a minute
till the poha is soaked.
Set aside to drain for 10 minutes.
The poha will absorb water and increase in volume.
In a wok, heat the oil.
Add the cumin seeds and wait till they start to change colour.
Add the moong sprouts and stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add the salt, turmeric, and chilli powder.
Mix well.
Add the washed and drained poha, and mix well.
Serve hot with some dahi on the side or with a squeeze of lemon juice.
