Coriander Chutney - Kothimiri Pachadi

I made this pachadi today to accompany Undrallu. This is very simple pachadi and tastes great with Mudda Pappu annam or as sandwich chutney.


  1. Fresh Coriander Leaves – 1 packed cup
  2. Green Chillies – 3
  3. Lemon Juice – 2 tbsp
  4. Turmeric – A pinch
  5. Mustard Seeds – 1/4 tsp
  6. Oil – 1/2 tsp
  7. Salt to Taste


  1. Grind the coriander leaves, lemon juice, green chillies, salt, and turmeric into a fine paste. Add a little water, if required.
  2. Heat the oil.
  3. Add the mustard seeds and wait till they splutter.
  4. Add the mustard seeds to the pachadi.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Serve with undrallu, idli, dosa, or use as sandwich chutney.
