Nellikai Thayir Pachadi | Usirikaya Perugu Pachadi | Amla Raita

Amla or the Indian Gooseberry is a rich source of Vitamin C. Called Usirikaya in Telugu and Nellikai in Tamil, this tart fruit can be quite a challenge to eat by itself.

A great way of including Amla in one’s diet is to make this Nellikai Thayir Pachadi (Usirikaya Perugu Pachadi or Amla Raita).
