Weekend is here and time to try something delectable like this Spicy Tawa Paneer. I made it mid-week for my brother who is visiting, and it is simply delicious.
Tawa Paneer is a staple starter at Mumbai weddings, and is essentially paneer and vegetables like capsicum, tomato, and onion cooked in Pav Bhaji masala on a Tawa or Griddle. So it is basically Chunky Pav Bhaji with paneer pieces substituting potato.
We already have a lot of paneer recipes on the blog so coming up with a new recipe proved quite a challenge. As we researched we came across this recipe for Tava Paneer on Veg Recipes of India and decided to try it. The result was very satisfying. Thank you, Dasanna Amit.
