  2. Onion – 1 Medium-sized
  3. Green Chillies – 3
  4. Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
  5. Cumin Seeds – 1/2 tsp
  6. Sugar – 1/2 tsp
  7. Turmeric – A Large Pinch
  8. Oil – 1 tbsp
  9. Salt to Taste
  10. Curry Leaves – A Few

  1. Chop the onion into 1/2″ pieces.
  2. Chop the tomatoes into 1″ pieces.
  3. In a wok, heat the oil.
  4. Add the mustard seeds and wait till they splutter.
  5. Add cumin seeds and stir-fry for 2 minutes
  6. Add the slit green chillies and chopped onion.
  7. Stir-fry till the onion turns transparent.
